Eligibility Criteria
• Malaysian Civil Servant in a Permanent Position (working for a minimum of 12 months)
• Minimum age of 18 and maximum 60 years old at the end of the financing tenure
• With a minimum fixed monthly income of RM1,500 including fixed allowance
• For federal and state government employees under pension scheme


Reduced Supporting Documents
As long as you meet the eligibility criteria, the only required documents you need on hand for financing application are your MyKad and latest 3 months official payslip in PDF format.


Secure Identity Verification
Electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) is provided by CTOS, it is a straight forward 2-Step MyKad verification process and your data is kept secure.


Fully Shariah Compliant
The Tawarruq process is implemented via dual-agency (Dual Wakalah) method as recognised by Bank Negara Malaysia. This allows the commodity exchange transaction to happen uninterrupted, thereby removing the usual delays in receiving your financing payout.


Easy Finance Management
Salary deduction from source through Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad (Angkasa) reduces the hassle of managing your finances manually. You may also monitor your statement of account with us easily through the App.
